I’m an Engineering Leader on the Compute Infrastructure team at LinkedIn, where I’ve worked since 2022. Before that, I was a Software Development Manager at Amazon on the Alexa Communications team. I’ve spent 14+ years building software and the last 6+ years leading backend engineering teams — which means I’ve sat through a lot of interview loops, on both sides of the table.

I kept seeing people give up on AI after one confusing experience. That felt like a waste — AI is genuinely powerful, it just needs a better on-ramp. Most AI content is written for people who already know what they’re doing. I wanted something different: guides that start from zero and get you to real results fast.
